Bartho holds a Master's degree in Law, specializing in Employment Issues. Cum Laude Graduates from Universitas Indonesia. His expertise in Industrial Relations spans an experience over 20 years in multiple industries and as a lawyer by profession handling many industrial cases assigned by corporations from small to large scale.

Bartho started his career in Medan, Sumatera Utara after graduating from law school then moved to Jakarta to take up a higher challenge by entering the manufacturing industry. He then moved to the multi-finance industry joining BCA Finance and followed with a career movement to WOM Finance. A total of 5 years in the multi-finance industry before his move to Kalbe Nutrition where he has served this industry for almost 5 years. Another enrichment of a new industry is the car rental with massive staffing where he served in Corporate Industrial Relations for 2 years and finally, he closed his chapter for employees with Link Net, an internet and cable TV company.
 

Learning Business Management from BINUS University, Indi had started her career with an international standard service operation and successful branding company: STARBUCKS. Her journey in Business Consulting started by first engaging with a printing company and several other startups, a newly open UKRIDA hospital, TokioMarine Insurance, Salim Group Subsidiaries (7 companies), Rubicube Creative, etc.

Born and growing in a Consulting Business environment, Indi constantly get personal coach from the founder of the company. Indi is ready to upscale talentSpace.id in international playing field.

Natt had a very good exposure when she move to Japan in 2006 with her parent and started the career in 2012 by co-founding an outsourcing company with her mother where she take charge of Human Resources and Administration as well as Finance Manager. Japan’s Kaizen, discipline and working culture contribute significantly to streamlining administration and alignment of the operation of talentSpace.id, upon her returned to Indonesia in 2018.

Saptoto has more than 25 year experience in managing Human Resources. His progressive career began as HR Supervisor at PT Texmaco Jaya, a large scale national company in Karawang and continuously growing his career and became head of HR in many industries. His last career was an HR Senior Consultant fora big consulting firm in Indonesia, before he joined as a strategic partner in

TalentSpace Global.

He has distinguished competence in HR Strategic, few to mention are : Strategic Workforce Planning, Workload Analysis, Employee Engagement, Corporate Culture Development, Job Evaluation and Job Grading, Total Rewards, HR Transformation, Performance Management, Job Design & Organization Structure Development, Competency Management, Talent Management & People Development, Industrial Relation, Recruitment & Employer’s branding.

Saptoto also has experience in Quality Improvement & Management. Once, he had designated for Six Sigma Black Belt in his previous company. He also has deep understanding and experience in designing Corporate Strategic Plan, utilizing Balanced Scorecard Method. He has certified as Internal Auditor for ISO 9001, 45001 & 14001.
